5.2.1 QUALITY POLICY

Aluminium Windows Ltd is a privately owned company, specialising in the bespoke manufacture and installation of aluminium windows and doors. The company has built an excellent reputation for product quality and on-time delivery.

As a main player in our market we are committed to complying with manufacturing instructions, building regulations, and safety and CE Marking requirements (see our register of interested parties).

To achieve these outcomes of our QMS we set objectives and targets at all relevant levels in the company.

By monitoring our performance through targets and KPIs we aim to improve the customers satisfaction in dealing with us. Targets are set at the annual management review meeting and reviewed quarterly. The customers experience is further enhanced by our website, showroom, on-line software, technical advice and qualified installers.

Our objective of continual improvement is measured by website performance, non conformance in manufacturing, post installation service work and customer complaints. This is invaluable in ensuring strong leadership and maintaining our position in the marketplace
